1) You’re purchasing a pre-owned timepiece from the second-hand market. Given that the item is labeled as “used/pre-worn/carefully loved,” you acknowledge that it may show signs of prior use. This can include, but is not limited to, scratches on the lugs, case, bracelet, and crystal. The watch has been thoroughly inspected and described as accurately as possible. However, there may be some imperfections that we did not mention in the description. If these imperfections are significant, we will collaborate with you to find a satisfactory resolution to ensured you’re happy with your purchase.
2)You have 24 hours from the time the watch is delivered via the adult signature provided by FedEx/UPS/DHL to file any claims if the watch is found to be not as described. After 24 hours, all sales are considered final.
3)A 4% fee will be applied to any purchase made with a credit card, and this service is available exclusively for returning customers.
4) We test all our watches using a timegrapher and share a snapshot of their timekeeping accuracy according to COSC standards. If we determine the watch needs servicing and decide to sell it without servicing it beforehand, we will note that in the listing description. Otherwise, you can expect the watch to be running well and not require any service.
5) If the original manufacturer’s warranty has expired, we offer a 12-month extended warranty on the movement. The customer is responsible for shipping costs. We will cover all expenses related to servicing the timepiece if any defects occur within the 12-month warranty period. The warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence or dropping the watch, resulting in a fractured or broken movement. The customer acknowledges that due to the intricate nature of horology, a service may take up to 3 months, although the standard turnaround time is 3-4 weeks. If the watch does not include warranty cards, it will be classified as a “naked set,” and the warranty may have already expired. KELS TIMEPIECES provides a 1-year extended warranty that will always cover the gap from the time of purchase.
6) Every item is assured to be genuine and will include either authentication or warranty documentation that verifies the provenance linked to the serial number. If any of these documents are absent, it will be clearly stated in the listing.
7) If you decide to return a watch within 24 hours, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. The return shipping cannot be via USPS; it must be done through FedEx or UPS. The item must be packed in the same condition or better than how it was received. No exceptions will be made.
At KELS TIMEPIECES, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may request a return and refund under the following conditions:
1)Refund Request Window – Customers have 24 hours from the time of purchase to request a refund.
2)Condition of the Watch – The watch must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and tags.
3)Return & Inspection Process – Once the watch is shipped back and received, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions.
4)Refund Issuance – If the watch passes inspection, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 2 business days to reflect, depending on your payment provider.
